Age between 30 and 40 years old. Site of work Lecce (availability to transfer to our parent company in Modena). We are looking for a person who has Lean Production experience. The candidate will work with: costs forecast, planning of production cycles, definition of general working norms and assembly, equipments planning and realization, workplaces organization with detailed lay-out, machines tool's and new products pre-series setup, realization of working programs, working cycles management, productive process optimization and improvement, technical training of the production staff.

Senior Logistics Officer (Rife. LOG/SEN)

Age between 30 and 40 years old. Engineering Management Bachelor's Degree, main Office in Lecce, but starting with a intensive period in Modena, preferable english language knowledge. He will deal will: lead and manage manufacturing production materials flow setting and management wether from external or from internal supplier (demand analisys, setting and check of passage times, calculate the final balance of performances.

Definition of structures and spaces to store materials. Set-up and maintenance of wharehouse logistics parameters (escorts, reorder points....) set-up and maintenance of information logistic flows. Contracts and external transports research and management. definition of inner equipments handling.
